Excellent staff. Breakfast was decent. Only downside was the small, uncomfortable pillows. The carpets are just about ready to be cleaned, but not terrible. Very good value. We paid half the price of what others paid in our group that stayed at other hotels.

Front door and bathroom door didn't lock, bed sheets ripped and dirty, bad smell in lobby, shower water pressure very weak. Not a good hotel at all.

The hotel is amazing. The facilities are clean and well kept. The staff was always friendly, accommodating, and went well out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. It’s in a great location close to all the attractions on Lookout Mountain and just a short drive to downtown Chattanooga. And the pool is the best!

We were very pleased with our stay. Great value, clean rooms and great staff! The only minor complaint I have is there was not sufficient sitting room for the breakfast area. Everyone wants to sit down while eating breakfast and preferably not carry back to room. Other than this, we will book this hotel on our next trip to Chattanooga.

We paid nearly the same amount of money for a clean and comfortable room at Best Western, so I was expecting a comparable product. There were stains on the paper thin sheets that they have probably been using since the fifties. Same with the pillows. The pillowcases were so paper thin I could see the brown, lumpy, ancient pillow without a protector, caked with decades

I don't believe this room had even been cleaned. Beds made only. I stayed once at a Scottish Inn and I thought that was the most terrible hotel experience of my 35 years but I was proven wrong after my stay at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Chattanooga. The person working the front desk was very nice, though.

It was very convenient to the interstate and restaurants, and Walmart close by for essentials. I would stay here again if I were in the area.

The Garden Walk Inn is so quaint and serene that I never want to leave! I have been there twice, in two different rooms, and loved it each time. The first time, breakfast was served on the outside deck, and the second time, we ate in the dining room inside. Two different atmospheres, and I can't decide which I liked better! Both were wonderful and the food and service were great. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the only thing that wasn't provided was a microwave. The only other thing I could suggest would be two choices of entrees at breakfast. There are places to sit outside, a fire-pit, fountains, a swimming pool, parking, Wi-Fi, cable TV, small refrigerator in room, complimentary coffee and water in the rooms, and each is decorated with a different theme. Sweet! I never want to stay anywhere else in the area now.

Cons ac/heater has a loud whine to it and then the refrigerator has one too. Made it slightly difficult to sleep. What I did notice and didnt think it was professional, housekeeping had their super young kids with them while cleaning rooms. The walls and windows we not sound proof.
