Horrible experience this morning at the Happy Valley Road/Stetson Hills location. They advertised a $20.00 spray tan on the website, as well as in the store, but AFTER I inserted my credit card in the machine and entered my PIN number, I was told it would be $7.00 extra for the “color” Well, one would think there would be some sort of sign explaining that color was extra, I decided not to proceed with the spray tan due to the false advertisement. I asked for an immediate refund and was told SHE couldn’t refund my money, that her manager would have to do that, but she didn’t know when I would get a refund. I then asked for her managers name, she refused to give me her name. I then asked for a receipt showing my refund due and was told they can’t give receipts because they don’t have a printer. Thank goodness I video taped the whole thing and screen captured the false advertisement on the website, as well as in the store. I left without tanning and without my refund! Pissed!!! I am headed down to place a complaint for theft with the police department and will follow up with the attorney generals office. DO NOT GO HERE they are dishonest and quite frankly, not very bright employees.

I love the Happy Valley Celebrity Tanning location! The rooms are always clean, the rates are reasonable, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
